Creating Healthy Habits

 Your results are a direct reflection of your habits. Working hard and creating healthy habits are what generate the results you want. If your results are not where you want them to be, you need to be honest with your self and ask the question, “How hard am I REALLY working and am creating habits that are conducive to the results I hope to accomplish?” If the answer to both is “Yes” then you SHOULD be progressing in the right direction.
